Scharffen Berger Cake
A moist chocolate cake made with Scharffen Berger’s cocoa powder and 70% chocolate and covered in a bittersweet, truffle ganache. Excellent served with black coffee or paired with fresh fruit and ice cream.
6-inch: $30 - serves 6 to 8
8-inch: $50 - serves 10 to 12

Old-Fashioned
This bittersweet cake is perfectly offset with the sweetness of the marshmallow-like boiled icing. Cherry-on-top perfect for all celebrations.

Princess Cake
The cake shop darling and European birthday classic ~ always pale green with a pink rose. It consists of genoise sponge cake moistened with raspberry eau de vie from St. George Spirits, a layer of homemade raspberry jam, pastry cream and lightly sweetened Straus Family Creamery whipped cream. Rather than the traditional marzipan covering, we drape our cake in a white chocolate fondant.

Tomboy Cake
Called a Tomboy because we wanted to make a traditional party cake that didn't stand on ceremony. Three layers of chocolate cake filled with vanilla buttercream.

Lemon Debutante
The complement to our Tomboy cake, our Debutante consists of three layers of vanilla sponge cake, homemade lemon curd and very light lemon buttercream, and finished with a pretty scalloped piping and a little sugar flower.
6-inch: $30 - serves 6 to 8
8-inch: $50 - serves 10 to 12

Bumblebee
Yellow cake with chocolate frosting remains the American standard for birthdays. Our yellow cake is buttery and delicious and the frosting is pure Scharffen Berger goodness. Serve with vanilla or strawberry ice cream.
6-inch: $30 - serves 6 to 8
8-inch: $50 - serves 10 to 12

Gingerbread
Our all~time best selling cake. Made with a dark stout beer, molasses, ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon and cardamom then topped with a sweet cream cheese frosting.
7-inch: $22 - serves 6 to 8

Chocolate Cream Layer Cake
Four layers of chocolate cake filled with lightly sweetened Straus Family Creamery whipped cream and Scharffen Berger cacao nibs, covered in a bittersweet truffle ganache. This cake is not too sweet and is superb with fresh berries.
6-inch: $30 - serves 6 to 8 special order only
12-inch log: $50 - serves 10 to 12 special order only

Fresh Lemon Tart
Simple and delicious: pâte sucrée filled with 100% organic lemon curd. Serve with berries when available.
7-inch: $22 - serves 6 to 8

Lime Meringue Tart
A handmade graham cracker crust filled with smooth lime cream and topped with sweet boiled icing.
6-inch: $22 - serves 6 to 8

Banana Cream Tart
Pâte sucrée, a thin layer of chocolate, vanilla pastry cream, bananas and lightly sweetened whipped cream.
7-inch: $22– serves 6 to 8
